About Wild Elephant Valley

Elevated viewing walkways provide a way to observe the valley without entering elephant habitat, while the Asian Elephant Museum explains the animals’ anatomy, evolution and ecology through exhibits. Wild elephants move on their own schedule, so a sighting is never guaranteed. Make the rainforest and interpretation the core of the visit, and follow staff instructions if animal movement changes the available route.

What to look for

  • Elevated walkways look into the forest and elephant habitat below.
  • The Asian Elephant Museum uses specimens and displays to explain elephant biology and conservation.
