About Yunling New Fourth Army Headquarters Site
The headquarters occupied two residential compounds, Zhongmoyuan and Dafudi, where Ye Ting and Xiang Ying lived and worked. Nearby, the Chen ancestral hall served as an assembly hall: its three successive sections accommodated meetings and cultural activities. The Guandi temple became a weapons-repair workshop, and wartime resistance slogans survive inside.
The museum’s visitor information dated 6 March 2026 said that the main history exhibition hall was closed for refurbishment. Check the museum’s latest notice before planning to enter that hall.
