About Hong Kong Science Museum
The Energy Machine carries balls through linked towers and tracks to demonstrate changes between potential, kinetic and sound energy. Elsewhere, the DC-3 aircraft Betsy provides a full-size transport object, while the newer AI and technology galleries invite interactive exploration.
Choose one large exhibit and one hands-on theme for a manageable visit. The AI Gallery includes drawing, music and game interactions, while the technology galleries explain subjects such as materials and robotics. Demonstrations and individual machines have operating schedules, so check the day’s programme before timing the circuit around them.
What to look for
- The Energy Machine makes energy conversion visible through moving balls, tracks and sound devices.
- The DC-3 Betsy provides a full-size aircraft display.
- Interactive AI and technology exhibits explore creative applications, materials and robotics.
