About Linwu Cave
Broad underground chambers, upright rocks and a relatively level ceiling explain its name: a forest of stone beneath a roof-like surface. These physical features give a concrete setting to the cave's long religious associations.
Above the cave, Jiafu Pavilion on Linwu Hill has long been associated with viewing plum blossom. The underground rock spaces and the hill's plum landscape form two distinct parts of Linwu's character.
