About Anju Ancient Town
Xinghui Gate leads into Huoshenmiao Street, where stone paving and wooden shopfronts establish the scale of the old settlement. Huguang Guild Hall recalls the communities that gathered here through trade and migration. The street continues towards Xijie and the Qiong River, linking domestic rooms above shops with the former wharf landscape. Restored buildings sit within this inherited pattern rather than forming an entirely untouched old city.
