About Tangshan Hot Springs

The name covers a resort landscape with hotels, village guesthouses and parks. Tangjiajia Hot Spring Homestay Village represents the smaller guesthouse side of Tangshan, while Jinwu Hot Spring Park brings the spring theme into a park setting. The area received national tourism resort status in 2015.

Tangshan also preserves an older connection between bathing and retreat at Chiang Kai-shek's former hot-spring villa, a protected historic site. Hills, woodland and caves form the wider setting around these separate spring destinations.
