About Caozhou Peony Garden
Guanhuaa Tower looks over the planting areas, while Guohua Hall connects the flower with painting and calligraphy. The red Flower Soul sculpture gives the theme a recognisable sculptural form. The strongest display is seasonal, with different varieties opening at different times; outside the flowering period, the garden’s layout and cultural features carry more of the visit.
What to look for
- The peony collection and the view across its planting beds from the Guanhuaa Tower area.
- Guohua Hall and the red Flower Soul sculpture celebrating peony culture.
