About Taohua Island
Taohuazhai joins a leisure village and Huang Yaoshi Villa with the island's winding rocky shoreline. The villa's name belongs to the fictional world of Jin Yong's The Legend of the Condor Heroes, whose imagined island drew inspiration from the real Taohua Island. Around the turn of the millennium, a film town was created for television production, adding built settings associated with that fictional world.
Anqi Peak provides a different encounter with the island. On Taohua's southeastern side, paths follow the hillside above the sea, bringing the rocky high ground and coastal views together. The peak and Taohuazhai are distinct places within the broader island rather than a single village or film set.
