About China Fishing Village

By May 2004, the development's first park had been completed and put into use, as Shipu expanded its visitor economy alongside fishing. The project occupies a seaside setting at Huangcheng Beach. Shipu's historic streets were being restored through a separate project, giving the beach development its own identity within the town's wider tourism landscape.

What to look for

  • Huangcheng Beach and its open seafront.
