About Yunyang Longgang
Longgang in Yunyang's Qingshui area is a karst destination centred on a deep, steep-walled sinkhole.
The wider attraction includes cliff paths, caves and the Cloud Bridge viewing structure. The sinkhole's form is best understood by comparing the rim with the surrounding plateau and valleys. Elevated glass viewpoints are one way to experience the landscape, but they are not the only subject of the visit.
A sinkhole is easiest to understand when its rim, depth and surrounding ground are seen in relation to one another. The cliff path and viewing structures provide different angles on that form. The glass installations add an engineered experience to the karst setting, but visitors can decide how much exposure to height they want within the permitted route.
