Linghai Seafood (凌海海鲜) is the catch of Linghai (凌海), a county-level city under Jinzhou (锦州) in Liaoning. The city takes its name from the mouth of the Daling River (大凌河), where the river reaches the sea, and its coast runs along Liaodong Bay (辽东湾) of the Bohai Sea for 238 kilometres.

China Radio International lists the seafood of Linghai, which borders the bay: flying crabs (飞蟹) full of roe with tender meat, plump shellfish, and fish and shrimp with firm flesh. It names puffer fish, prawns (对虾), hard clams (文蛤) and swimming crabs (梭子蟹) as Linghai sea products known across the country.
The Liaoning Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs counts Jinzhou jellyfish (锦州海蜇), Jinzhou small shrimp (锦州毛虾) and Jinzhou ark clams (锦州毛蚶) among the geographical-indication products in Linghai's farm and fishery sector. In 2025 Linghai sea cucumber (凌海海参) and Linghai paddy-field crab (凌海稻田蟹) entered the national list of distinctive agricultural products issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' quality and safety centre.

The Liaoning agriculture department describes Linghai as China's home of sea cucumber (中国海参之乡). China Radio International reports that the local sea cucumber industry has grown over some 20 years to cover hatcheries, farming and processing. At the 2023 sea cucumber festival in Linghai, visitors were shown how sea cucumbers are caught and processed, and a new product made from live sea cucumbers from Linghai waters was launched, presented as half sea cucumbers.
