Over the 2025 May Day holiday, with Quzhou's government compound open to the public again, a Quzhou culture and tourism bureau report carried by Xinhua noted that diners at the municipal government canteen could add rabbit heads, duck heads and duck feet to their set meals as Quzhou specialities.
