About Yundongyan Scenic Area

Its attraction lies in the spaces between those rocks: Qianren Cave opens into a broad sheltered cavity, while Yixiantian narrows the view to a slender cleft of sky. Paths and steps reveal changing angles on the stone landscape.

The cave’s name, “Thousand People,” should not be treated as a capacity claim. Choose the accessible sections on the day, particularly when rain makes the rock passages slippery.

What to look for

  • Qianren Cave, formed within the piled rock masses.
  • Yixiantian’s narrow rock passage and strip of sky.
