About Huangshizhai
Its paths look out across separate pillars and ridges, with landmarks such as Five Fingers Peak and the Star-Picking Terrace helping visitors compare their shapes. The experience differs from Golden Whip Stream below: here the eye travels across the crowns of the formations. Choose a manageable summit circuit and an ascent method in advance, allowing time for the return cableway or the longer walking descent.
What to look for
- Five Fingers Peak and the plateau’s broad pillar views.
- Star-Picking Terrace and the surviving rock forms known as Heavenly Bridge Piers.
