A Shaanxi News Network report describes the scenic area as lying at 2,300 m and having had its first spring snow of the year, with 望蜀阁 standing out above the cloud and snow; its writer watched the cloud sea from a boardwalk. The same report places 汉中龙头山国际旅游度假区 at the Shaanxi-Sichuan border inside Nanzheng District and calls it a national 4A-level scenic area.

The report gives the resort's four-season pattern as 春赏杜鹃夏避暑，秋观彩林冬玩雪, and says it has repeatedly drawn national coverage. It names 龙头云栈 on the cliff face, an extreme-angle alpine cableway, a high-mountain outdoor sightseeing escalator it calls 秦巴第一, live-ammunition shooting and alpine skiing or grass-skiing among the things a visitor can do.

The resort's own site says the escalator is 180 m long and describes it as 西北第一户外观光扶梯, and gives the ski field an elevation of 1,960 m with a snow-and-ice season of more than four months. The same site lists the resort as a provincial forest park and a national 4A-level scenic area and gives its address as Xiaonanhai town, Nanzheng District, Hanzhong.

Neither source gives opening hours, ticket prices or road access, and the report does not say whether its 2,300 m is the summit or the base. 秦巴第一 and 西北第一 are the two sources' own labels for the escalator rather than rankings asserted here.
