About Afaq Khoja Mausoleum
A large central dome, patterned corner towers and glazed surfaces distinguish the tomb building, while timber-supported prayer halls add another architectural character. The Afaq Khoja family history and the popular Xiangfei story are different interpretive strands; legends should not be treated as proof of an individual burial.
What to look for
- A central dome and decorated corner towers shape the mausoleum’s profile.
- Glazed tiles and timber-supported halls provide contrasting details.
