About Zi Peng mountain
The Foyuan area places large Buddhist figures against the hillside, giving the climb a different scale from the trees and water below. Xianren Lake makes a useful lower-level stop before the temple route. Select a modest circuit among these named places; the wider forest park includes other hills and scattered historic sites beyond this core.
What to look for
- The large hillside Buddhist figures in the Foyuan area.
- Xilu Temple and the lower waterside landscape of Xianren Lake.
