Mountain Delicacies Banquet (山珍宴) in Yichun (伊春) brings forest mushrooms, greens, chicken and eggs to the same table. China Tourism News describes a Forest Mountain Delicacies Banquet in Yimei District (伊美区), drawing on ingredients from the Lesser Khingan Mountains (小兴安岭) and presenting it as an early-autumn meal.
