About Wanlü Lake
The broad reservoir and green shores form a landscape very different from the nearby urban centre. Its water-supply role is an important part of the setting, so the attraction should not be treated as an unrestricted swimming area.
A shoreline visit gives a sense of the reservoir’s scale, while a permitted boat excursion can reveal more of its branching water and wooded edges. Choose the actual departure point before travelling, since the lake extends over a large area. The attraction name alone does not identify a single beach, pier or route.
