About Wang'er Mountain
Local tradition associates the mountain with a mother waiting for her son; that story is commemorated in the modern Cimu Hall and other maternal-themed features below. The historical brick tower and the newer memorial landscape offer two different layers of the visit. This is the Yingkou site at Xiongyue, separate from similarly named mountains and parks in Beijing.
What to look for
- The crag and historical brick Wang'er Tower above the surrounding orchard landscape.
- Cimu Hall and the modern memorial landscape associated with the local mother-and-son legend.
