About Ping Shan Heritage Trail

Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda, the Tang Ancestral Hall and Kun Ting Study Hall give the route distinct architectural stops. Together they show religious, communal and educational uses within the old village landscape.

At the ancestral hall, carved timber brackets and beams contrast with the pottery decoration along the roof. The study hall changes the focus to education, while the pagoda provides a different vertical form. Follow the signed heritage route and respect the private parts of the villages between the monuments.

What to look for

  • Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda adds a distinct vertical landmark to the village landscape.
  • The Tang Ancestral Hall contains carved timber and ceramic roof decoration.
  • Kun Ting Study Hall represents the clan’s educational buildings.
