About Muchuan Bamboo Sea
Its signature Xiaodong Feihong waterfall gives the walk a focal point beyond the bamboo canopy, while Yongxing Lake provides a contrasting waterside setting. This is Muchuan’s own bamboo destination, separate from the better-known Shunan Bamboo Sea near Yibin. A sensible visit stays within one signed circuit and leaves time for the rural transfer back to Muchuan rather than trying to link distant bamboo parks in a single outing.

Travel through Muchuan county to the signed 沐川竹海 scenic area. Specify Muchuan when booking a car or tour, as Shunan Bamboo Sea is a different destination.
