About Hong Kong Observation Wheel
Its slow-moving elevated viewpoint contrasts with the waterfront activity below. At ground level, AIA Vitality Park includes a hand-painted carousel and spaces used for changing events and installations. A visit can combine the harbourfront with a ride, but the wheel, carousel and any event have their own admission and operating arrangements.
What to look for

Getting to Hong Kong Observation Wheel
Go to 33 Man Kwong Street in Central, beside the harbourfront ferry-pier area. Use the wheel’s ticket and boarding entrance for the ride; park events and carousel access are separate.
