About Railway Corps Museum
Historical photographs, objects and interpretive displays connect the Railway Corps story with the Chengdu–Kunming line running through the Dadu canyon. Nearby Guancunba station is associated with the striking “station in a tunnel” setting imposed by the narrow valley. The museum announced reopening after upgrades in July 2025, but foreign visitors must separately confirm permission to enter Jinkouhe; a museum opening notice does not remove district entry restrictions.
What to look for
- Railway Corps history told through objects, photographs and interpretation.
- The relationship between the museum, Guancunba and the constrained canyon railway corridor.
