Nuomi Bridge

Nuomi Bridge (糯米橋) was completed in 1940. It measures 53 metres long, five metres wide and 20 metres high. The surrounding Nuomi Bridge Leisure Agriculture Area (糯米橋休閒農業區) combines farms and coffee businesses with hands-on activities such as pour-over coffee, puffed rice and lemongrass soap making.

Coffee from orchard to cup

At Baisheng Village Leisure Farm (百勝村休閒農場), coffee trees cover about six hectares of hillside. Visitors can see sun-dried, washed and honey processing methods. Nuomi Bridge Coffee Workshop (糯米橋咖啡工坊) explains picking, fermentation, hulling and bean sorting, then demonstrates different levels of roasting. Hand grinding and brewing connect those growing and processing stages with the finished drink.
