Ginkgo and old tea routes
The Nanzhou Ancient Path (南周古道) passes through Badujie’s long ginkgo corridor and beside Nanzhou Old Well (南周古井) and Taiyi Hall (太乙殿). It preserves a route associated with the Song and Yuan periods. In Shuikou (水口), the tribute-tea path starts at Jinshan Village (金山村) and follows an old route used to carry purple-shoot tea as tribute in the Tang dynasty.
Lake and wetland paths
The lakeside stretch of Road No. 9 runs alongside Taihu. Taihu Tuying Wetland Culture Park (太湖图影湿地文化园) has open water and reed-lined waterways, where the park describes egrets and black swans in the water. Chengshan Ancient Path (城山古道), in Heping (和平), connects Chengshangou Taoyuan Scenic Area (城山沟桃源景区) with Qingliang Temple (清凉禅寺).
