Old streets and reused buildings
Taiping Old Street (太平老街), Yunzhong Street’s creative cluster (雲中街文創聚落) and Xingqi Memorial Hall (行啟紀念館) are among its heritage destinations. Shiliu railway station (石榴車站) and Douliu Presbyterian Church (斗六長老教會) add railway and religious history. Hushan Temple (湖山寺) and the Great Buddha Temple (大佛寺) form other religious stops.
Agricultural and factory interpretation
Maogu citrus, loofah and pomelos are locally grouped as Douliu’s “three treasures.” Food-industry visitor sites include Datong Soy Sauce Black Gold Brewing Museum (大同醬油黑金釀造館) and Chaolu Fish Shop Tourism Factory (朝露魚鋪觀光工廠). The city also has a picture-book library, waterside arts area, Douliu Seed Park (斗六籽公園) and Pengshu Forest Park (膨鼠森林公園), completed in 2022.
