Pagoda and mountain
Yongfeng Pagoda is an octagonal brick tower with five storeys above ground and arched doorways on its four cardinal faces. Its lower chamber contains six Song dynasty Buddhist stone images, originally from Dafo Temple (大佛寺), inserted during repairs in 1961. At Mount Jin, named landscapes such as Qin Cave (秦洞) carry legends associated with Fan Li (范蠡) and Xi Shi (西施).
Painting and village landscapes
Juye County has a tradition of fine-line peony painting, practised by rural artists. Qianwangzhuang Stone Village (前王庄石头寨) retains courtyards built of stone. Another landscape is Longmei Ecological Park (龙美生态园): its water area occupies a former coal-mining subsidence zone that has become a habitat for birds.
