What to see
Sanyuan Pagoda (三元塔) and the Bell and Drum Tower (钟鼓楼) are two of the district’s named cultural landmarks. Its wider visitor map includes Lexian Peninsula (乐贤半岛), Huanghe Lake (黄鹤湖), Zeng Family Courtyard (曾家大院) and Longmen Ancient Town (龙门古镇). Tashan Park (塔山公园) and Shangteng Art Town (尚腾艺术小镇) offer further points of interest within the district.
Food and local products
Neijiang preserved fruits (内江蜜饯) are among the district’s recognised local foods. Yong’an baiwuyu fish (永安白乌鱼) are also farmed locally. At the processing centre in Neijiang Sweet Food Industrial Park (内江甜味食品产业园), fish is minced, beaten into paste, shaped and cooked into fish balls. These can be served in soup or hotpot.
