Technology inside the greenhouses
Xinjiang Agricultural Expo Park (新疆农业博览园) occupies the Changji National Agricultural Science and Technology Park (昌吉国家农业科技园区). The grounds cover about 153 hectares. Eighteen modern smart greenhouses support agricultural displays, fruit and vegetable picking, and flower propagation. A May 2025 Xinjiang Daily account describes spiral cultivation, moving multi-level growing systems on tracks and smart irrigation equipment. Its orchid greenhouse also displays several varieties of moth orchid.
Prehistoric life in the museum
Changji Dinosaur Museum (昌吉恐龙馆) introduces dinosaur types, ways of life and explanations of their extinction. Its interpretation includes fossils excavated within Xinjiang (新疆). An April 2025 Changji Integrated Media account describes educational visits combining dinosaur science with intangible-cultural-heritage activities.
