A new town beside the water
Residents relocated in 2012, and a new county town was built beside a broad expanse of water enclosed by high gorges. Jinsha Water Park (金沙水上乐园) combines waterside recreation, water sports and holiday facilities. It received a national 4A scenic-area rating in 2022.
A gorge and village landscapes
Datuanyan Scenic Area (大团岩景区) uses an affection-and-romance theme for more than twenty sights, including Datuanyan Gorge (大团岩峡谷), Confession Stone (表白石) and Longing Stone (相思石). It received a 3A rating in 2023. Butterfly Miao Village (蝴蝶苗寨) gained its 3A rating in 2022 and offers spring flowers and autumn fruit picking. Other rural tourism locations include Linjiaba (林家坝), Shibanxi (石板溪), Fengdingshan (峰顶山) and Furenba (夫人坝).
