Siraya history beside the lake
Xingangshe’s displays focus on Siraya culture and prehistoric archaeology, including excavated objects. Guided interpretation introduces the Alizu belief tradition (阿立祖信仰). Outside, a lakeside path and lawns form the setting, with pink bauhinia blossoms around the hall and lake in April.
Skeletons and science
Tree Valley’s museum organises its displays around biology, archaeology and science. Dinosaur skeletons and a mammoth fossil specimen stand among other prehistoric remains. Exhibits also introduce the area’s archaeological discoveries and prehistoric human remains. Changing exhibitions supplement the permanent displays, while the Exploration Story House (探索故事屋) includes a children’s reading area used for science talks and family activities.
