Xiaoyeliu by the sea
Xiaoyeliu takes its name from the resemblance of its terrain and rocks to Yehliu (野柳). Seaside paths run through the scenic area, which also has a visitor centre and campground. On clear days, Green Island (綠島) can be seen offshore.
Jialulan coastal art
Jialulan has a broad lawn, pavilions and a viewing platform, with weathered and sea-eroded rocks along its coast. Driftwood appears both in artworks and in pavilion decorations. Two fish standing by the sea form the work My Good Friends (我的好朋友). The viewing platform looks towards Dulan Bay (都蘭灣), Mount Dulan (都蘭山) and Xiaoyeliu. Planting in the recreation area favours local native and drought-tolerant species.
