Memorials, water and performance
Zhang Qian Park (张骞公园) contains a memorial hall, Shule History Museum (疏勒历史博物馆), Bowang Pavilion (博望亭) and sculptures depicting Zhang Qian’s missions to the Western Regions (西域). Lianhua Lake (莲花湖) is planted with water lilies of different colours. The park also includes fruit trees and ornamental trees. Its food square has separate dining and performance areas, the latter with a stage and spectator seating.
A two-storey bread complex
Shule Nang Industrial Park (疏勒县馕产业园) occupies two floors west of the park. Its production areas separate bread forming, baking, other dough products, finished-product packaging and washing containers. The complex combines nang production with tourism, dining and musical performance.
